All psychiatrists please fill out and return information form.
Be an NTSPP Chapter Dues-Paid Member (MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING) for all privileges
1. Join and pay dues to the APA Family (APA, TSPP & NTSPP) for full benefits of all:
A. I’ve already joined and paid APA and TSPP for 2008. Excellent! Now:
(1) Fill out your NTSPP information form (See Information Form tab)
(2) Write out a check for your NTSPP Chapter Dues to NTSPP (see Dues tab).
(3) Mail both to:
NTSPP Chapter, 8111 Preston Road, Suite 811, Dallas TX 75225.6316.
B. I want to join the APA Family but haven’t yet. Great! Now:
(1) Fill out the Information Form under that heading and send in now to:
NTSPP Chapter, 8111 Preston Road, Ste 811, Dallas TX 75225.6316 (2) Go to www.psych.org and www.txpsych.org and apply to APA for APA & TSPP.
(3) Wait for TSPP to vet and accept your application.
(4) Once you are accepted, let us know and send in your NTSPP chapter dues STAT as above so you can receive the dues-paid member benefits.

Be a Welcome Guest at most NTSPP Chapter Functions:
1. Fill out the Information Form then decide:
2*. Join the Texas Academy instead of the APA family. See www.txpsych.org. OR
3*. Join the APA Family but don’t pay NTSPP chapter dues. OR
4*. Join no organization but participate in all events, space permitting.

be most welcome at all dinner programs for the at-cost price, space permitting.
