MHAAR www.mhaar.org is the public service website of NTSPP, meant to include all legitimate mental health and addiction resources for our 12-county territory. The project is developing in two phases: the first, in progress, is to list all legitimate public group and nonprofit programs and associations. The second phase will reach out to for-profit and individual practitioners. Please see www.mhaar.org.
