Dues Information: 

 

NTSPP Chapter Dues are  for APA and TSPP members only  and are separate from APA and TSPP dues   paid to those organizations.  These dues are payable to NTSPP and should be sent to

Dues benefits/Member Benefits include online directory listing for www.ntspp.org, a site which is now linked to    www.mhaar.org, a public service site; a discount at NTSPP dinner programs which may earn back your dues, preferential seating at our 4th Thursday dinner programs and meetings, a hard copy of newsletters when mailed out, voting privileges,  committee/chair /executive council opportunities in  an organization with many rewarding activities, opportunities,  and resources.  A Member in Good Standing (MIGS) blog is anticipated in 2009.

 

To become a member in good standing (MIG) of NTSPP and receive all member privileges:

                Psychiatrists who are members of APA and TSPP:   $125 before October 1, $150 until December                31, then $175 thereafter.)  Harris County chapter dues are $200. 

 

               Our valued Distinguished Life Fellows have two options:

                                1.  pay dues as above and receive discounted dinners OR

                                2.  may pay $50 per meeting (or cost to NTSPP) without paying dues,

                                      while retaining all  other member privileges.  

 

Psychiatrists who are not members of APA and TSPP are welcome at events as space permits at cost, usually $50 per 4th Thursday dinner meeting at present location. 

 

Psychiatrists who are in training pay no chapter dues.  However, PGYs who are members of APA & TSPP pay nothing for dinners while nonAPA members pay $10 per $50 dinner, whenever the  NTSPP Memorial & Honor Fund can subsidize dinners for PGYs.  (Please see Memorial & Honor Fund tab for information on how to contribute).
