NTSPP Psychiatrists James Baker MD (representative for Developmental Delay/MR) , Margaret Balfour MD PhD (Performance Improvement/Project Mgt) and Adam Brenner MD (UTSWMC Psychiatry Residency) are designated members of the newly formed Dallas County Behavioral Health Leadership Team.
NTSPP President Ed Nace MD, Legislative Chair Madeline Harford MD, Public Psychiatry Chair Osman Ali MD, and fellow NTSPP psychiatrists John Sadler MD and Tamella Trulson MD are proactive members of the PLAG (Physician Leadership Advocacy Group) which reports to NTBHA as a physician group for patient advocacy on issues concerning the quality of patient care in the NorthSTAR system. NTSPP psychiatrist Patrick Young MD is Co-Chair. PLAG is represented on the BHLT by one psychiatrist.
