Present Schedule:     Flexible, Experience-driven

Territory:     Dallas, Collin, Cooke, Denton, Ellis, Fannin, Grayson, Hunt, Kaufman,     Montague, Navarro, and Rockwall Counties

 

Phase 1:   Prototype for licensed/approved hospitals, institutions, organizations, treatment centers, agencies, etc.  August 13 to October 6, 2008

Purposes:     Data-gathering. Learning from experience of mental health professional                     community and DPD before public launch (working out the bugs)

Action plan:          

August 13:     Distribute revised version of category list for form to key persons by e-mail for                 input,     including NTBHA Board and staff, MHA, VO, advocates 

August 15:     Assimilate suggestions. Redistribute new category list to same for input on                 Friday morning August 15

August 16:     Discuss at NTSPP EC meeting

August 18:     Distribute approved consensus pilot form by e-mail to all known institutions,                 agencies, advocates, etc.

August 18 ff:     NTSPP EC reviews data on forms, communicates about any questions by e-mail.             (NTSPPresource@gmail.com), consults with community prn

        NTSPP webmaster James Pepper checks licensing information (if any) and when                 verified inputs to website

Sept 1:     Formal request to mental health professional community                             with controlled DPD use at discretion of Sr. Crpl Herb Cotner for                     use of prototype with request for input (no public use)

Sept 1-30:     Mental health community and DPD give input on experience to NTSPP

October 1-6: Assimilate and restructure for launch date. Publicity information out.

 

Phase 2:     Launch for use by public October 8 for Mental Illness Awareness Week

Phase 3:    Subjecting: Learning from experience     October 8 to January 2009

Phase 4:     Prototype for individual providers      January 2009. Phase 1 process.
