**CME 1 Objectives:
1) The participants will learn of common transference/counter transference dynamics involved in the treatment of this group of individuals.
2) The participants will learn about the treatment expectations that may impede progress toward recovery.
3) The participants will be able to distinguish pathological versus non-pathological resistances/narcissism.
