October 27, 2011 Thursday 6:30 to 9:00 pm

Wonderful Private Traditional Location (available by email)
6:30 pm Socializing & Cash Bar
7:00 pm Seated Three-Course Dinner***
7:30 pm Program begins

CME Category 1 credit  is free for DPC members and $25 for NonDPC members (please bring cash or check that night)

Salad:   Mixed Field Greens with Granny Smith Apples, Blue Cheese, Tomatoes and Honey Mustard Dressing Vinaigrette
Entree:  Almond Crusted Salmon with  a Strawberry Beurre Blanc
Dessert:  Chocolate Mousse Cake
If you would prefer a Vegetarian  entree or Chicken Stuffed with Wild Rice and Cranberries or Seasonal Berries for dessert, you MUST let me (Catherin Roberts MD) know by Tuesday October 25, 5:00 p m at ntspprsvp@gmail.com.
If you have food allergies, you also need to let me know.

All DPC members and Psychiatrists who are NOT Chapter Dues-Paid Members of NTSPP, All Psychiatrists in training who are NOT APA members: $50 per person
All NTSPP Chapter Dues-Paid Psychiatrists, All APA-member UTSWMC Psychiatrist trainees*:   $30 per person

 *UTSWMC Psychiatrists in training who sign up and pay will be offered any ACE (Advocacy, Charity, Education) Fund donations to trainee dinners available to offset their charge on a first-come basis.   UTSWMC Psychiatry PGY’s, be sure to email NTSPPrsvp@gmail.com as you pay to be placed on the ACE Fund wait list.
