Oldham, David G. M.D. Passed away, after a lengthy illness, October 12, 2008. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Carolyn; son, Jeff, his wife Carolyn and daughter Eleanor; daughter Jennifer and husband Bruce Herve’. David had a distinguished 26 year career as a psychiatrist in the Dallas area. A celebration of his life will be held Friday, October 17 at 2:00 p.m. at Ted Dickey West Funeral Home 8011 Frankford Rd, Dallas,TX 75252.
