Volunteer Form for Ike from Janie Metzinger of MHA

OK folks, here we go again! It looks like Hurricane Ike is headed for the Texas coast by Saturday evening, with evacuees arriving in Dallas perhaps as early as Wednesday or Thursday and the shelter opening Thursday (as of 09.09.2008).   All psychiatrists and mental health volunteers sign up here. 

Please provide your contact information and type the word YES in any of the time periods that you can assist on the attached grid and send it back to me as soon as you can. As soon as I have word on badges, etc., I will pass that info on to all who sign up.

 Thank you so much for all of your help. As I said in my e-mail last week, the mental health response for Hurricane Gustav was a shining example of cooperative effort, and a tribute to all of you who participated.
